Founded in August 2021 as a corporate-leaning practice, the firm has grown into a full service law firm led by its partners, Shamil Shakil and Farhah A. Rustam. We act for government linked entities, public institutions and private enterprises, advising across transactions, disputes, governance and regulatory matters.
Our approach is practical and solution driven. We combine careful legal analysis with a clear understanding of commercial realities, so that our advice can be applied sensibly to the matter at hand.
